Sam is from Kampala, Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree from Makerere University and pursued a master’s in data communications and software engineering, also studied monitoring and evaluation. His areas of expertise include networked systems, virtualization, IP data, and voice networks. Sam worked in the broadcast industry and has been published in several journals, including in the International Journal of Computational Intelligence Research and is currently working on several software solutions. He is also interested in agro-forestry and is currently working with rural people in Lango sub-region planting 10,000 trees to increase the community’s commercial value.
